This work dealt with the drafting and the processing of the Building Technical Inspection (ITE) on a multifamily building, which included 23 apartments and 2 business premises. According to the cadastre, the block was built in 1900. The work consisted on the visual inspection of the 96% of the entities (22 apartments and 2 business premises), a whole register of detected defects and the valuation of their importance, the report drafting and its processing before the Housing Agency of Catalunya (Agència de l’Habitatge de Catalunya). The report was made by Mª Lourdes Romeo in collaboration with the architect Adriana Virto.
