The house, with a front facade, has a classic configuration in its layout, which includes a storage room and parking on the ground floor, the day area on the first floor with living room, dining room and kitchen, and finally, on the second floor, the night area, with three bedrooms and a bathroom. The building takes up the whole surface on the ground floor, whereas, on the upper floors, it gets the same line as the adjacent plot, thus allowing the creation of a big terrace on the first floor, which includes a small pool at its end. The used chromatic combination allows a contrast dialogue in the volumetric configuration of the building that gives the necessary formal unity.
