The project is based on two basic premises: Re-use the maximum number of existing elements and improve the occupancy conditions of houses, while taking profit from all the possibilities which offer the site. It is for those reasons that remain the perimeter facades and an interior garden, making at the same time, a new reorganization of the housings.
