Subdivision of a plot in Castellbell

Customer: Mr. Girbau | Location: Castellbell i El Vilar, Bcn | Year: 2008 | Surface: 2,937.96m²

The initial plot was placed on a street without exit, which meant that the possible subdivision wasn’t allowed, because the resulting entities didn’t agree with the current regulations. An accurated analysis of the problem allowed us to deal with the negotiation with the City Council, which ended up in an agreement between the parties in order to divide the plot into 5 parts, 4 of which were for our client according to the planning requirements and the fifth one was given for free to the Town Hall. Our team took care of all the procedures and formalities so as to reach this satisfactory agreement.
