The ordered work dealt with the drafting of a technical inspection in a multi-family building, with 11 apartments and 3 commercial premises, which was built in1927. The work consisted of the visual inspection of the building, which allowed the review of the 92% of the existing entities and the completion of the report, where the detected deficiencies and the term for their repair were specified. Taking into account that the deficiencies were not serious, and once the report was made, it got its visa in the architects’ association (COAC) and also its pertinent certificate of suitability, which allowed to obtain the certificate of competency of the building, with a validity of ten years.
