Urban Valuation in Alcover

The valuation was submitted with the appreciation sheet of the owners, who had to be urgently expropriated because of the improvement of the C-14 road, which project was named “Millora General Desdoblament Carretera C-14 Pk 10.500 al Pk 21.000. Tram Reus-Alcover” (Key AC-DT-01094). The estates were affected by Expropriation, Temporal Occupation, aerial Servitude and subterranean Servitude. The expropriated soil was included in an Urban Development Area (“SAU – Sector d’Actuació Urbanística”), its buidability was 1,6 m2 r/m2s and industrial was its main use.
