The valuation was submitted with the appreciation sheet of the owner, who had to be urgently expropriated because of the project Railway Connection of the Mediterranean Corridor L.A.V. Madrid-Barcelona-French border. Constantí – Perafort stretch Platform. (Key A P PC T-98). The estate was affected by Expropriation, Temporal Occupation, and Servitude of passage. The expropriated soil was included in an Urban Development Area (“SAU – Sector d’Actuació Urbanística”), its buidability was 0,7 m2 r/m2s and industrial was its main use.
