New Building, Refoms and Rehabilitations

We adapt ourselves to the needs and requirements of our customers to get their satisfaction as well from the economical point of view as from the aesthetic and functional one.

 

PREVIOUS STUDIES

We study the current regulations to assist our customers about the constructive possibilities of the site or about the space to be reformed-rehabilitated. If the customer has still not bought the site or the building, we make a valuation of it to inform our customer of its actual market's price.

 

PRELIMINARY DRAFT

We collect the functional, aesthetic and economical inputs from the customer to get a draft which will get the approval of the customer.

 

PROJECT

Structured in two phases, Basic and Executive project, in this point we develop the preliminary draft to get a whole definition of the building which gives answer to the current regulations, the aesthetic and functional inputs required from the customer as well as an economical control of the project. We take care of the coordination with the technician required on site (Energetic Efficiency, gardening...) and assist and give support our customers to present at the urbanistic department of the town the needed documents to get the permission to begin the works. At every phase, we ask our customer to have an active attitude, especially with the most important decisions like choosing materials and deciding the functional program and distribution of the project.

 

THE CONSTRUCTION SITE

We study the incoming offers from constructors to assist our customer about which company has a better relation of quality-price. We make a conscientious control of the works done on site to assure ourselves about the quality and faithfulness of the constructor works regarding the approved project and avoid possible variances at the accepted and signed quotation.
