PRELIMINARY DRAFT
We collect functional details, as well as the desired style and quotation limits from our customer to get an interior design draft which contains all those requirements and which has to get the approval of the customer.
PROJECT
We develop the draft to get a complete definition of the interior design work. On this point we define and leave clear the distribution, furniture and the finishes which will let us control exactly execution of the quoted works during the construction, everything coordinated and with the approval of the customer. In case it was necessary, we can take care of the bureaucracy proceeds to get the permission to begin the works from the urbanistic department of the town.
THE CONSTRUCTION SITE
We study the incoming offers from constructors to assist our customer about which company has a better relation of quality-price. We make a conscientious control of the works done on site to assure ourselves about the quality and faithfulness of the constructor works regarding the approved project and avoid possible variances at the accepted and signed quotation.
