Parcelling and Horizontal Divisions
We make Parcelling projects as well from rustic plots as from urban ones. We also take care of horizontal divisions of properties.
Works are developed in constant contact with our customers and with the technical services from the town where Parcelling has to be done.
The first thing we do when we get the order is to analyse the real possibility of the parcelling according to the current rules, whether they are town ones or coming from a higher range. Once checked the viability and with the approval of the customer, the parcelling project is written. With customer's approval, we present the final proposal at the City Hall, taking care of all procedures to get the project approval from the town technical services.
