This valuation was submitted against the Expropriation Project, made through the Joint Valuation System, related to the lands sited between the current road to El Prat, the “Cinturó del Litoral” and the Maresme Avenue prolongation, in Cornellà de Llobregat. The reason so as to expropriate was the improvement in the entries of the RCD Espanyol stadium, which were urbanistically defined in the parcial urban plan “Pla Parcial Plana del Galet-Ciutat Esportiva i de nova Centralitat. Cornellà de Llobregat. El Prat de Llobregat”.
