The ordered work dealt with the drafting of a technical inspection in a multi-family building, with 14 apartments and 2 commercial premises, which was built in1925. The work consisted of the visual inspection of the building, which was made during two working days to check the 100% of the entities, the taking of a sample of the structure in order to check the condition of the deck slab and the production of the report, which specifies the deficiencies that have to be repaired and the deadline to execute them. Once completed the repair works, the aptitude certificate will be requested before the Housing Agency of Catalonia, which will be attached with the technical inspection report and the final certificate of work, which certifies its proper implementation and completion. The report is a co-authorship of Montserrat Bonet and Dèlia González Nieto.
