Refurbishment in a house in Castelló

The intervention in this building consisted of a complete refurbishment of the ground floor and the restoration of its main facade. In the ground floor, the works included the complete renovation of the sewage network, water and electricity supplies and telecommunications, a new layout and the improvement of thermal insulation on walls, floors and ceilings. As for the facade, it was coated with lime mortar, painted with plastic paint and covered, on its lower part, with “Borriol” limestone.
