Residential complex with 53 brick-made row houses. Every house includes ground floor, first floor, attic and individual parking on the basement, with community access way. On the facade, the design of the party wall includes a combination between the position of the chimney and the concrete visor of the highest level, which gives the aesthetic rhythm to the composition of the whole complex.
The project is collaboration between Ruben de Castro and the office Projectes Externs SL, during the basic and executive projects.
