Urban Valuation in Cervelló

In this area and because of a reparcelling process in which the final estates were sited extremely far from the original ones, some owners saw how their market value dramatically got down. The reparcelling process was begun during the 70’s, but the lack of economic viability and some irregularities during its management made that the economic issue wasn’t well-balanced between some lots. Our work assessed the value difference between the original estates and the final ones, considering that these last ones had important negative determinants, which could have supposed an important value loss for their owners.
