Drafting and processing of a Technical Inspection of a building of 27 apartments and 4 local, built in 1961. The work consisted of a visual inspection of the building which was carried out in two days, where were reviewed the 93.5% of the entities [3 locals and 26 apartments], the report writing and processing of it at the Housing Agency of Catalonia. The report is co-authored with Francesc Moncunill Perera, David Sánchez Parramón and Xavier Martinez Marcos.
