Residential complex of 19 houses

Multifamily building with 19 apartments, business premises, community parking on the basement, storages, garden and community pool. Located in the second line in front of the beach, the building, with ground floor and three upper levels, is a compact volume, characterized by the horizontality of its perimetral terraces, which extend the plant layout of the one, two or three-roomed apartments to outdoors.  The complex is also characterized by the use of noble materials, both outside, with a facade made of “Azul Extremadura” granite and “Blanco Carrara” marble, and inside, where the previous materials are combined with “Blanco Paloma” limestone on the paving and Wengue wood on joineries.

The project is collaboration between Ruben de Castro and the office Projectes Externs SL, during the phases of project management and sales management.
