Energetical Audits
The use and energy consumption of buildings is linked directly to the operation of the building itself and the systems that manage the hydrothermal comfort. We perform energy audits carried out in 3 levels of detail, analyzing building energy flows to rationalize the use and identify opportunities to reduce the amount of primary energy used, while maintaining or even improving the existing conditions of environmental comfort.
PRELIMINARY DRAFT
This is a first level of analysis, which examines the building installations systems, the supply bills and wastes, interviewing users and inspecting visually the building to assess the conditions of comfort, knowing the "body" and identifying areas of inefficiency of energy. Corrective measures are targeted to perform, like this, a simple analysis of costs and payback periods.
GENERAL AUDIT
Development of the analysis in the draft, to study bills up to 36 months old and developing detailed profiles of energy, to detect points of energetically excess. The result of this document identifies the appropriate conservation measures for the existing installation, together with a financial analysis with estimated costs, identifying specific savings and investment criteria.
COMPLETE AUDIT
Also know as Audit Inversion Grade. It expands the General Audit through a dynamic model of energy use, characteristics of existing installations and all the conservation and management identified measures. The economical funding necessary to carry out the defined works are analyzed according to the needed IRT in order to evaluate the convenience of the investment.
